In recognition of our team, Dr. Majid Ghauri is triple board-certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Critical Care. He received numerous rewards as one of the best pain management physicians in Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

Dr. Sabahat joined our pain practice in the summer of 2020. He is a board-certified specialist in pain medicine and anesthesiology.

At our spine and pain center, we see a wide variety of patients with many different conditions at many stages of chronic pain. We understand that each patient’s pain experience is unique, and we match treatment to their medical situation, preferences, and circumstances. We holistically approach each patient, considering their complete medical history. This permits us to identify the cause of pain and determine the best course of treatment. Rather than temporarily masking the pain with prescription pills, we develop long-lasting treatment plans that aim for complete pain relief.

Dr. Majid Ghauri is the greatest doctor in the Area, when I went to visit his office for the first time I was scared because I didn’t know him, the staff were so friendly professional makes me feel like home, when I saw Dr. Majid Ghauri in the room he was very polite professional gentleman who understood my concerns my health, he makes me feel very comfortable confident, he said from now on I am your doctor we are going to to take care of, Dr. Majid Ghauri is the only one who did my pain go from 8 to 4 of scale 1-10, all staff are very nice people professional, I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and service, thank you so much Dr. Majid Ghauri I do recommend you because you’re the best Doctor. Dr. Ghauri and his team have been working with me and my chronic health issues for over 4 years and I have never had a bad experience with them. Dr. Ghauri is kind and listens well. His team is considerate of me and my time. The practice manager is always making sure I am taken care of and that prior authorizations are completed in a timely manner. There are procedures that are done in office, under sedation, which is extremely convenient. I sincerely appreciate and recommend this practice to anyone with chronic pain and/or spine issues.

Have had great experiences with Dr.Guari and staff. They have helped me gain so much relief from the pain I was experiencing. Had the greatest relief with my Abbott pain stimulator implant which they helped me get approved. This is the place to go if you are looking for relief from chronic back pain.

I was so disappointed on how he treated myself and my situation. From the moment I walk in and the moment I walk out I realize how he was just interested in just charging the Insurance and that it. Not once he decided to help me when ever I ran out my medication 5 days sooner than the next refill. Finally I was able to go back to Mclean Pain Management where it all started. They did listen to me all the time and show me how much they care on my situation and always helped me every time I ran out of my medication if it was m5-8 days earlier due to my severe Pain. Every time I walked into Dr. Majid Ghauri office he was just is so much rush to get me out of his office. It was the worst 5-6 months and Painful time I went through at this clinic. I do value each Doctor because they have dedicated themselves to help others but I just never thought I was going to meet the wrong Doctor. I'm sorry but if you really need a clinic who looks after you and really cares about you even in those moments you see no way out I do really recommend Dr. Daniel Kendall from National Spine and Pain Management in McLean. Without any insurance and pain levels surpassing 10+, this clinic and their staff care more about their patients rather than charging right away over $485 to insurance. Good luck at Dr. Majid Ghauri clinic. Who knows, it might end up working great for you, but unfortunately it would be the last place I will ever go back.

This place is disgusting! I went in for a new patient appointment and was given two pieces of papers and a digits iPod that had literally 10-15 tabs of repetitive questions. I file out half the questions and placed that iPod on the counter. The “director” came up to me and said the doctor does not want to see me! I asked why and she said he doesn’t feel comfortable seeing me! I asked her what I did for him to feel uncomfortable in seeing my and she proceeded to ask me to leave or she was going to call the cops. I asked her to because I felt that I was mistreated unfairly! I stayed until the cops came and we both told what happened. I had no interactions with the director when I came in nor the doctor so I was confused why the doctor felt uncomfortable in seeing me as a patient. This all seem like discrimination and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The doctor name is Ashraf Sabahat and the so call director is “Mimi” she refused to give me her last name
