CO PAYMENTS AND OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Co payments, coinsurance, deductibles and any previous balances are due at check-in. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. Patients can also pay online by registering on the patient’s portal. Our staff is available to assist you with any inquiries regarding your insurance company requirements or your account balance. REFERRALS AND PRE-CERTIFICATION
Some health insurance plans require us to have a referral from your primary care physician or a pre-certification before we can see you for an evaluation, office visit or procedure. Our experienced team works on obtaining authorizations for the procedures and office visits. Please be patient during this process as we’re doing everything possible to provide the best service possible.
